Testing Process

In The Beginning

Company Branding

Using your Truck Driver Exam account, you may customize the exam your drivers see to fit the branding of your company.   You should only have to do this once.  This customization process begins with your very own exclusive sub-domain name to use for the testing:

You may also configure the:

  1. Name of the Test

  2. Your Company Name

  3. Company Logo

Drivers will not see any of our marketing material and the test you give them will look like it is coming from within your website.  This is ideal if you want to include the test within your company intranet or hand out the testing URL directly to drivers.

Test Configuration

The second part of the account setup is configuring the test sections that are relevant to your company.  You may choose from the following test sections:

  1. Flatbeds

  2. Tank Trucks

  3. Moving Vans

  4. Log Trucks

  5. Reefer

  6. Pick-up and Delivery

  7. Cement Mixer Trucks

  8. Doubles/Twins

  9. Pneumatic Tank Trucks

  10. Hazardous Materials

Administering the Exams

Add Driver Account

Before a driver may take an exam, you must create a driver account.  This process is very easy.  Once in your administrator account, you may add a driver by specifying the following account information:

  1. Driver's First and Last Name

  2. Driver Account Username

  3. Driver Account Password

  4. Which Test Configuration to Assign this Driver

Taking the Test

To take the exam, direct the driver to your testing domain name specified in your account.  The driver will be prompted  to log in and then the assigned test will begin.

The driver may exit the exam at any time and come back later to complete a test in progress.  This allows for the driver to complete the exam during lunch breaks, all in one setting, in multiple sessions, or however you choose to set up your testing environment.

Reviewing the Reports

Exam Results

Once the driver has completed an exam, the results report will automatically show up in your account.  You may:

  1. View and compare drivers' overall scores

  2. Easily see which drivers are stronger and which are weaker

  3. Review detailed summaries of individual strengths and weaknesses

  4. Compare the driver against a national average
